After​ ​teacher shows​ ​different data ​relating​ ​to each​ ​days; ​high temp, ​low ​temp, and ​average temp. ​Students can ​create​ ​a bar​ ​graph​ ​or​ ​a line​ ​chart​ ​to show ​the average temperature throughout​ ​the season Student​ ​will use​ ​Microsoft Excel ​or Google​ ​Drive to​ ​create​ ​a graph​ ​or​ ​chart to​ ​represent the​ ​data organized. Teacher​ ​will grade​ ​the graph​ ​or chart according​ ​to the​ ​accuracy of​ ​the average temperature represented in ​the​ ​graph. Students​ ​will create​ ​a ​word cloud ​using the​ ​nouns, verbs​ ​and adjectives​ ​they used ​to express​ ​about Fall. Teacher​ ​will assess​ ​the student​ ​by having​ ​them create​ ​a Poem ​about what​ ​they learned. Have​ ​the student​ ​print out​ ​their​ ​word cloud ​and ​add the​ ​poem ​and word ​cloud ​to their portfolios.
